It highlights information utilized in fracture risk assessment tools such as FRAX® (Fracture Risk Assessment Tool) or GARVAN Fracture Risk Calculator.

If the patient has had more than one osteoporotic fracture after age 50 OR has had more than one fall in the last year, the Garvan Fracture Risk Calculator may be more appropriate for scoring.
